How Long is a Session?
Sessions with me aren’t rushed, routine appointments — they’re thoughtful, in-depth, and tailored to what your body needs on the day.
A typical session lasts around 30 - 60 minutes, which gives us time to talk through what’s going on, carry out any necessary movement assessments, and get stuck into hands-on treatment. I’ll also offer advice or simple techniques you can try at home, if appropriate.
If it’s your first visit, we may take a little longer. That’s because I want to understand your body — your history, how you move, what’s helped or hindered in the past — so we can build a plan that actually makes sense.
Time isn’t just about minutes on a clock. It’s about quality, presence, and giving you space to be heard, understood, and supported. That’s what I offer — every session.
