How Many Sessions Will I Need?

This is something I get asked all the time, and the honest answer is: it depends.

Some people feel a big difference after just one sessions. Others, especially if there’s a more complex or long-standing issue, might benefit from a short run of treatments to build some momentum and give the body the input it needs to shift.

But let me be clear: if someone’s telling you it’ll take 10 sessions before they’ve even seen you: that is nonsense. The vast majority of injuries and pain patterns can’t and don’t require that kind of long-term plan. And anyone who’s trying to lock you into a set number of appointments before understanding what your body needs… probably isn’t listening.

I’m not here to sign you up to endless treatment. I’m here to work with you, to figure out what’s going on, what’s helping, and what makes sense for you. That might mean a single session. It might mean a few spaced out over time. It might mean some occasional check-ins after things start to settle.

At your first appointment, we’ll talk about your goals, assess how your body’s functioning, and create a plan together - with full transparency and no pressure.

Think of it as teamwork. I bring clinical knowledge and hands-on tools. You bring the insight into how your body feels and responds.
