Body, Movement & Meaning
Understanding your body shouldn’t feel confusing or out of reach.
This section is where I share clear, evidence-informed guidance on pain, movement, recovery and Soft Tissue Therapy - rooted in clinical knowledge, ongoing research, and real-world experience.
Every article here reflects the same approach I use in practice: grounded in anatomy, guided by contemporary pain science, and always tailored to the complexities of real life. I aim to help you feel more connected to your body, and more confident in how to support it.
Whether you're managing long-term discomfort, preparing for a physical goal, or just trying to move through daily life with more ease, these insights are written to help you make sense of what’s going on, and what might help.
If you have a question or there’s a topic you’d like to see covered, please don’t hesitate to ask. I’m always happy to help
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
How many sessions will you need? That depends — on your body, your goals, and how you respond to treatment. There’s no fixed package, no pressure, and no blanket rules — just an honest, collaborative plan that works for you.
Does it hurt?
Soft Tissue Therapy doesn’t have to hurt to work. Pain is not the goal — and in many cases, it can actually slow down recovery.
